1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the philuck website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "philuck Platform" or "Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the philuck Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the philuck Platform, whether registered account holders or visitors. If you are accessing the philuck Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

philuck reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond notification on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the philuck Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To use the philuck Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register operated by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory body, and you have not voluntarily self-excluded from the philuck Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.

philuck takes age verification seriously. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal, philuck may require you to submit valid government-issued identification documents to verify your age, identity, and residential address. Acceptable documents include a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or other documents as determined by philuck at its sole discretion.

If philuck discovers at any time that you do not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21+ age requirement — philuck reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all bets placed while ineligible, and withhold or return any deposits or winnings in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the philuck Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active philuck account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or overlapping accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. philuck uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be duplicates may be immediately suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your philuck username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. philuck will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify philuck immediately via the contact details provided in Section 12 of these Terms.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including philuck staff — philuck will never ask for your password.
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication where available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

The philuck Platform operates a PHP-denominated wallet. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction values are expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deposits. philuck accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. philuck does not accept deposits from third parties.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. philuck targets processing withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Actual receipt times depend on the payment provider and may vary. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed the fastest.

KYC Verification. philuck is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner may delay or prevent withdrawal processing. philuck reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.

Anti-Money Laundering. philuck complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. philuck reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

philuck may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Time Limits. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Withdrawal Caps. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a philuck account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention. philuck reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it suspects that bonus offers are being systematically abused, manipulated, or exploited in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

philuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by philuck are final.

6. Gameplay, Betting & Results

The philuck Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and other gaming products. The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

In sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant sporting authority, league, or governing body. In the event of a dispute over the result of a sporting event, philuck's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 12.

Bets placed on the philuck Platform are final once confirmed. philuck does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances expressly stated in sport-specific betting rules (such as a pre-match event being cancelled before it commences).

philuck reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed;
• A bet is placed in error due to an obvious pricing mistake (palpable error);
• The integrity of the event is called into question due to match-fixing, manipulation, or other irregular activity;
• The player placing the bet does not meet the eligibility requirements under Section 2.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philuck Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with philuck;
• Using the philuck Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2;
• Operating more than one philuck account, or assisting another person in operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational play;
• Using the philuck Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the philuck Platform;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward philuck staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the philuck Platform — including but not limited to the philuck brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive property of philuck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philuck Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any philuck content without the prior written consent of philuck.

Any unauthorized use of philuck's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philuck, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the philuck Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

philuck does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. philuck shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

philuck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your philuck account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

philuck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7;
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• A legally valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Inactivity on your account for a continuous period as specified in philuck's dormant account policy.

You may close your philuck account at any time by submitting a written request to philuck support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after all applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the philuck Platform, or your account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through philuck's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 12. philuck will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints submitted in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in the Philippines.
